This presentation discussed recent advances in molecular dynamics simulations and computational modeling of biomolecular systems, highlighting mechanistic insights into structure–function relationships and enzymatic processes. The work was presented during SBBq 2024, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions at the interface of biochemistry, molecular biology, and computational science.
