&lt;p&gt;The project, &amp;ldquo;Development of Advanced Green Chemistry Strategies Applied to Biodegradation and Valorization of Fossil-Based Polymers&amp;rdquo; (FAPESP process 25/15191-3), investigates enzyme–substrate catalytic reactions using QM/MM and DFT simulations, computational enzyme engineering guided by AI to optimize plastic-degrading enzymes, and molecular dynamics/QM/MM screening of predicted mutants ahead of biological validation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt; PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Computation, Bioinformatics, or a related field, with proven experience in molecular dynamics simulations.&lt;/p&gt;
