Thiago’s doctoral research focused on cellulolytic enzyme dynamics and cellulose structure. He developed Cellulose-Builder, a widely-used toolkit for building crystalline cellulose structures for molecular dynamics simulations, published in the Journal of Computational Chemistry (2012).
