Shabir Ahmad

I am a PhD student in the Skaf Lab at the Institute of Chemistry, Unicamp. My research focuses on the computational study of lignocellulosic biomass degradation using molecular dynamics simulations, with the goal of understanding enzyme–substrate interactions at the atomic level to support bioenergy applications.
