Dr. Ander Francisco Pereira
Ander is a postdoctoral researcher in the Skaf group, funded by FAPESP, studying the effects of sugar-derivative concentration on the interactions between substrates and carbohydrate-active enzymes. His PhD research (Unicamp), part of which was conducted as a sandwich doctorate under Prof. José N. Onuchic at Rice University, focused on solvent effects on protein folding thermodynamics.
